Well, it took a little while, but the word is getting out there. On the positive side, I've gotten a lot of great comments from the people at debunking sites like Debunking911.com (No. 1 Referer!), 911Myths, the Screw Loose Change Blog, Gravy's Links for 9/11 Research, and The Conspiracy Theories Forum at the James Randi Education Foundation website. Even all the regulars at DU said nice things, mostly.
But who wants to read nice things? On to the trashing! And remember: in all these quotes, (sic) is half the fun...
From a 911Blogger blog, the website that blocked me on sight:
Well, folks, in addition to being targeted by the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Ae911truth.org now has inspired the "debunker" side to do an evil twin: ae911truth.info, apparently run by a guy named Joseph Nobles. It is under construction but the core of the site consists of attempted rebuttals to Richard Gage's powerpoint presentation.
Just the first page of this is pretty infuriating to read:

He is definately cointelpro, just the switch and bait title of his site says it all. They are really coming after you Richard, your work must really be scaring them to be this obvious, keep up the good work my friend.
The Flordia -- I'm sorry. The Florida gang? I live in Texas. And cointelpro as well? Or does that mean the same thing? Please advise.
When it comes to analyzing how buildings are constructed I think that live voice writers and actors are far more credible than licensed architects and engineers.
Can I please stop laughing now? (my sides really hurt).
This, brothers and sisters, is the most obvious gauge (pun intended) of their level of desperation. Just how lame can they get?
Let's hope they have an open forum on the site. I can't wait to see what my favorite Colonel does with this.
Well, this is interesting. This person appears to believe that Gage's talk is about how buildings are constructed. It sure looks like a 2-hour talk about how 3 buildings fell down to me.
Have I built myself up to be anything more that what I am? ***Checks*** No. I'm being completely honest here. My arguments stand or fall on their merits, not my perceived authority or lack thereof.
Who is this Colonel person? I've heard of a Colonel Jenny Sparks out there. Is that who this person means? Ooo, I'm shivering. I think I'll put on a jacket.
And, no, there will be no open forum at this site. The main reason is because I don't have time to deal with moderating an open site. I don't wish to build a community here, anyway. I'm out there at plenty enough message boards for people to come yell at me. That will just have to do.
To be fair...
I don't hold the fact that he is a layman against him. One of the weapons in the arsenal of debunkers is to state that DRG, a theology professor, is not qualified to discuss how buildings collapse. However, Griffin's work draws from others who do have expertise.
Similarly, this Nobles guy relies primarily on Ryan Mackey's answer to Griffin's NIST chapter. Unfortunately, an analysis of Mackey's paper reveals it to be full of omissions, distortions, and lies.
Just reading Nobles' "rebuttals" to Gage's first three slides was enough to realize the site is crap and that the debunkers have no legs to stand on.
How odd that Joseph Nobles' name is so eerily similar to history's most infamous propagandist... :D
Wow. From "To be fair..." to a Goebbels comparison in five short paragraphs. Wow.
Please feel free to jot down all these lies, distortions, and omissions in Mackey's paper and send them my way, kameelyun. There must be at least one. I've been asking for one for a long time, and the way alternate theorists talk about them, you think somebody could have demonstrated one.

There's quite a bit more than any percieved ad hominem attack on Richard Gage here. I'm not saying that Richard is an idiot and so you shouldn't trust anything he says. I'm saying that Richard demonstrates himself an idiot by the idiotic things he says, and then I provide examples in slide after slide of the idiotic things Richard says. That's not ad hominem. That's the cold, hard truth.
I thought you guys liked truth.

Voice Writer and Actor Joseph Nobles – better known as blogger Bolo Boffin, has decided to take on facts with his opinion once again and call it truth, this time attacking Richard Gage, AIA.
Prematurely launching his site before its completion, ae911truth.INFO is relatively bare except for some commentary directed at 28 slides from Richard Gage’s PowerPoint presentation on how and why the Towers fell on Sept. 11th, 2001. The site is laid out nicely, however the commentary is just that, opinionated commentary no different then found in an Op Ed . The commentary is presented to the world as if Mr. Bolo is some sort of authority on a parallel with Richard Gage, AIA and his peers. I guess as an Actor he is just playing the part, it makes one wonder though who pays him to take the stage.
At least the site is "nicely laid out."
I'm allowed to post at OpEdNews, so I do. Feel free to take a gander. But I'll respond to a couple of points here.
No. 1, I don't get paid for this. Nope. Don't. I pay to do this gladly. My only reward is to see the truth spoken against charlatans and snake oil salesmen. Plus, the giggles.
No. 2, I am not a licensed and degreed architect like Richard Gage. This makes my expose that much more damaging to him. He should know better! Every gap in logic I expose, every piece of fabricated and mishandled evidence I show is one more thorn in Gage's crown of shame. No, I don't have a degree or license in architecture, but I can read. Two years in graduate school (Christian theology) taught me to research and analyze. I can access an argument and I can do (and have done) my own research into the facts.
Especially when Richard Gage gets a great deal of his presentation from that legendary authority on controlled demolition, David Ray Griffin.

Joseph Nobles sounds a lot like Goebbels, eh?? He's an actor, how appropriate, I wonder if his name is even real?? Will he risk an open comments section?? Might be fun to chase is IP down and find out a bit more.
What motivates someone like this?? Our tax dollars and/or heroin $ at work!?!

Ah, but was Goebbels a live voice writer? BTW, kids, Goebbels in German doesn't rhyme with Nobles. And of course my name is real. If it weren't, you wouldn't be able to Google it.
