Patriotic Curtain Warmer
There isn't a lot to debunk about this first slide, because it is only a drawing of Lady Liberty and the Manhattan skyline with the Twin Towers featured prominently. Without access to Gage's new video presentation, I don't know precisely what it's being used for, but I suspect two reasons:
- To provide a slide to be displayed while the audience comes into the auditorium.
- To display the patriotic credentials of Richard Gage and the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth
This thematic slide illustrates the stakes Richard Gage sees in this debate. It sets up a slide close to the end, in which Gage will display a picture of Lady Liberty weeping as United 175 hits the South Tower.
I don't have any issue with Richard Gage over his patriotism. I recognize that it's patriotism that causes most people to speak out against their government when they see it doing something wrong. May America always be a place where this happens!
However, patriotism is no shield against idiocy. In fact, mindless patriotism sometimes seems to be a prerequisite for idiocy. Claiming patriotism doesn't mean that you get a pass for being wrong, especially as wrong as Richard Gage will prove to be in this Powerpoint presentation.
Not even when you spell patriot with a capital P.
9/11: Blueprint for Truth
As of March 2008, this slide has become the actual title slide. A couple of glorious sounding phrases have been added to pump up the sheer nobility of the group.
The main point to notice is the last statement on this page:

Needless to say, Richard Gage isn't a forensic scientist, he isn't a demolition expert, and he has no business speaking on either subject. He's an architect, the limits of which he will soon display in a slide demonstrating his current buildings. And he relies on no one with the proper credentials either.
In fact, I know of no forensic scientist that has yet vouched for Gage's presentation. AE911Truth will no doubt be flogging such a person if he or she ever sets foot in a Gage lecture hall.
This "forensic science-based" approach to studying the collapses of the WTC buildings will be demonstrably flawed and completely without merit in the following pages.
