Slide #66 - WTC 7 Tenant List
The Garden Path
In this slide, Gage presents a rarity for this presentation: a reasonable argument.
If 7 was a controlled demolition, as Gage believes he has proven, then he makes the reasonable argument that it could not have been Al Qaeda sneaking into that building to plant the charges. I agree totally. Let's state the argument more logically.
Premise: Only a group with a high degree of access to 7 World Trade could have planted demolition charges in the building.
Premise: Al Qaeda had no conceivable access to 7 World Trade.
Conclusion: Al Qaeda could not have planted demolition charges in the building.
What a succinct argument! I'm really proud of Gage here. If we accept that demolition charges were indeed planted in the building, Al Qaeda could not have done it.
And there lies the rub. Gage has an entire canyon of impassable lava flows and razor wire fences to cross before he gets us to that nice garden path. He has done nothing to show that demolition charges were in the building.
In fact, by his own standards of characteristics features, I've demonstrated the stronger likelihood that the buildings were indeed destroyed by fire. Gage has presented no credible evidence to support any of his "controlled demolition" features, whereas I have presented evidence to support his "destruction by fire" argument.
So it is all well and fine to say that Al Qaeda didn't plant demolition charges in the building. Gage has yet to demonstrate that anyone did.
The Dadgum Gubmint
This slide also shows a little flavor of one of the main forces behind the 9/11 Truth Movement: a distinct stance against any government, particularly the forces of globalization.
Don't get me wrong. There is a healthy amount of distrust that anyone should show towards the government. The statement, "I'm from the IRS and I'm here to help you," is justly famous as a satiric crack against our public agencies.
But can you honestly imagine the IRS participating in a scheme to destroy their own records? You would think that none of these people had ever really dealt with the IRS!
What then is the point of including the IRS in this list of government agencies? The spin is in. Gage takes advantage of the existing rancor towards them to further slant you towards his entire mindset.
Let's face it. Nobody enjoys paying taxes. Most of us grumble and groan while we fill out the forms. Many of us curse and cry while we write the checks.
But some of us HATE paying taxes. In fact, some hate it so much that they don't pay taxes and they buy guns and they hole up inside their houses, daring the government to come and get them.
iAnd the odds are, you will find these people being interviewed on Alex Jones' radio program a lot more frequently than someone from NIST.
This is an indication of Gage's core audience. If you are already inclined to believe that all or any of these listed groups could cooperate successfully, then 9/11 Truth may be for you!
Other Occupants of the Building
There were other organizations inside 7 World Trade, by the way. The most enlightening one was a stock exchange manned 24/7. People were all over the building, and in and out all of the time. It defies belief to think that none of these people would have noticed the necessary preparations for demolishing the building.
